Yes, we are available to travel to any location. Arrangements regarding travel, accommodation, and other necessary logistics will be made to ensure the comfort and convenience of our team.

Yes, Glad Studios delivers all photos captured to clients via a link within 72 hours after every session.

All raw and basic edited photos will be delivered within 72 hours following the conclusion of each session. High-end retouched photos will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks, subject to the nature of the session.

Unless otherwise specified, clients are responsible for selecting the images they would like to have retouched. This selection should be completed within 24 to 72 hours to ensure timely processing and delivery by our team.

Additional fees may apply to cover expenses such as travel and accommodation. These charges are determined by the location, destination, and the duration that our team will be required to be away.

We recommend that clients confirm the duration of each session in advance. However, we always accommodate additional time if needed, with extra hours billed according to the selected package.

If the additional session time does not exceed 15 minutes, you will be charged 50% of the selected package rate. For extensions beyond 15 minutes, the full package rate will apply.

At Glad Studios, we prioritize convenience and flexibility for our clients. Rather than canceling a booking, we encourage clients to reschedule appointments to a mutually convenient time whenever possible.

We understand that cancellations may sometimes be unavoidable. In the event that a new appointment cannot be arranged at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, 60% of the retainer fee will be considered non-refundable. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the retainer fee will be 100% non-refundable.
